Who is Eligible?
Veteran Gold Card holders: Eligible for chiropractic services.
Veteran White Card holders: Eligible for services related to accepted service-related conditions.
Accessing Our Services:
- Medicare Benefits Scheme (MBS) Coverage: Our DVA chiropractor is covered under the MBS.
- Referral Requirement: Obtain a referral from your General Practitioner (GP), medical specialist, hospital treating doctor, or hospital discharge planner.
Treatment Process:
- Allied Health Services Treatment Cycle: Each referral lasts up to 12 sessions or 1 year, whichever comes first. There are no limits to the number of treatment cycles.
- Personalised Care: Our chiropractor will assess your clinical needs, create a treatment plan, and communicate with your referring doctor.


Important Information with DVA Care:
- No Fee or Gap: Eligible patients enjoy no fees or gaps for visits. We are registered DVA service providers through the Department of Human Services.
- Treatment Coordination: You cannot receive physiotherapy, osteopathy, and chiropractic treatment for the same condition simultaneously. Please inform your chiropractor if you are receiving other treatments for the same condition.
